What we collect

To run your bridge we store the minimum: your WhatsApp phone number, your Telegram user ID/username, and the IDs of the two groups being bridged. Payments are processed by Stripe — we never see or store your card details.

Your messages

Messages transit through our relay only to be delivered to the other side — that's the product. We do not read them, sell them, use them for advertising, or train anything on them. Operational logs (used to debug delivery) can temporarily contain message data and are routinely rotated and deleted.

Analytics

The website uses Cloudflare Web Analytics (cookieless, no cross-site tracking) and Google Ads conversion measurement on click of the demo button. No ad pixels follow you around.

Deletion

When a bridge is destroyed (demo reset, expiry, or on request) its groups are deleted/left and the pairing data removed. You can request full deletion of your data anytime — DM @ExpressAUsydney on Telegram.

Third parties

Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (hosting/analytics), Telegram and WhatsApp (message delivery on their networks). We are not affiliated with Meta, WhatsApp, or Telegram.
