The service

wa2tg.app provides a managed bridge that mirrors messages between one WhatsApp group and one Telegram group, both ways. The free plan is limited (2 bridges and 100 messages per day, free for a month and renewable each month by leaving a short review, otherwise 20 per day). Paid plans ($20 or $50) are a one-time payment for one month — it is not a subscription, there is no auto-renewal, and it simply ends unless you pay again.

Acceptable use

The bridge is for normal group conversation: teams, communities, support, family. It is not for spam, bulk/marketing blasts, scraping, harassment, or anything illegal. We may suspend bridges used for abuse, without refund.

Platform risk

The bridge runs on our own dedicated WhatsApp number — your number never runs any third-party client. Still, WhatsApp and Telegram are third-party platforms and may change or restrict behaviour at any time; we operate on a best-effort basis and do not offer an SLA.

Payments & refunds

Payments are processed by Stripe. If something doesn't work and we can't fix it, contact us within 7 days of payment and we'll make it right — DM @ExpressAUsydney.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the month in question. We are not affiliated with, or endorsed by, Meta, WhatsApp, or Telegram.

We may update these terms; the "last updated" date above reflects the current version. Material changes will be noted on this page.
