Refund policy

Payments are one-time and processed by Stripe. There is no subscription unless you explicitly choose monthly auto-renew, which you can cancel anytime.

What you are paying for

$20 = 30 days with 500 messages/day and up to 20 bridges. $50 = 30 days unlimited (fair use). A paid period simply ends after 30 days - nothing renews unless you picked auto-renew.

When we refund

• If a paid bridge cannot be created or delivered because of a problem on our side, we fix it or refund that payment.
• If you were charged in error or twice, we refund the extra charge.
• Monthly auto-renew: cancel anytime; the current period stays active until it ends.

When we cannot refund

We cannot refund payments on accounts removed for violating the acceptable-use policy (adult/pornographic content, spam or bulk messaging, illegal use), since those break the shared service for everyone.

How to request a refund

Message us on Telegram at @wa2tg_app_bot with the email used at checkout and the date. We usually reply within a few hours. See also Terms and Security.
